I just read the stewards report re 6th Sept race 2 at Newcastle.
As long as Zara is going to be ok is 1st & foremost.
But really , how would the COTC fall off & be injured?
Goodness, I hope he is ok as well.

There was a thread on the HRV fb page about Act Now trialling and I made a post about his little sis having her first start in a Vicbred Silver tonight
I should have listened to myself - she won and paid $34
It was a great night for longshots as there were also $81 and $61 winners

Kilmore Cup.......how does the 13 horse get a run in front of the 2 horse???
-
Only guessing but could the 2 have been a late nom?
The Trotters Cup should be one hell of a race with those 5 backmarkers

The bookies are not giving much away on tonight's Kilmore Cup

Just watching MV gallops, wow that track was a fantastic harness racing track. Hummmmmm
-
Both Kilmore Cups were somewhat boring.
Despite there being plenty of time to make a move esp in the trot - Nobody did
I guess this happens when the fav ends up in the death - they don't want to give him cover?
The trot was more interesting because of the scramble for positions early and the fact that the fav in the death was still too good and therefore the leader did not win

Once again.
On FORM you would think Curly James would get a run in front of Hurricane Harlie.

This is not only a spooky story but also an odd one

You would have to say Kate is a battler in this industry, a perfect example of how hard it is to succeed in this game - having never averaged better than $750 per starter in any of her seasons as a trainer
Why would anyone target her AND especially why would anyone target this particular horse - who had only won 2 or 38, had not raced for 2 months and is owned by her family
“I’ve got no doubt it was deliberate – Kenny (Magaccis) was in a yard among other horses, so I believe whoever did this came particularly for him, not just any horse on the property,” Attard said.
I would need her to explain how she comes to the above conclusion from the above situation
Get well Kenny

I just read on racenet news that racing club boss keeps job after Christmas Party Sexual Assault.
