craig demmlers case was to be heard before vcat on the 1/9/16. has anybody heard of vcat`s decision,i can`t find anything anywhere.
They took into account the two months suspension that he had initially served in determining the length of penalty. What I couldn't understand was that the disqualification period was to commence from the 27 March 2016, I thought that the normal process is for it to commence immediately.
