The trial horse search needs to be expanded to what it was before.....indefinite! Not 12 months like it has been changed to. At least 2 years trial search history.....eg. if a 2YO trials/qualifies and is put away for 12 months, there is no trace of the horse! Give 2 years history PLUS at least the latest trial if it was longer than this!
Loving HarnessWeb update - like with harness.org.au, video plays in screen but if you scroll up to view race details, the video will minimise into a smaller box allowing you to read but also keep an eye on the race.
If they'd add a 'remember selection' button for viewing a horse's results, we'd be golden

When you click on Track Details there is a calendar. There is a Search function above the calendar BUT it does not work
You can get around it by using the < > arrows and the Today tab top right of calendar
I discovered this when I was trying to find out how many meets St Arnaud has a year.
I am pretty sure it has gone from 1 to only 2 so get there today people for some old fashioned small track racing (804m)

Its not a 'remember selection' option but a quick way to switch the order of performances is to just tap/click the the column heading. So in your pic, 'Date' is the default/selected sort field (highlighted with a darker grey), if you click 'Date' again, it'll sort the date the way around and display latest first. One thing that is NOT an improvement is the calendar on the Track details page - it was much better when a clubs race dates for the season were listed

Unfortunately not an uncommon occurrence, especially when we have kindred bodies with promo material as well. At times a costly exercise to replace depending on form of media and deals. State controlling bodies might need to monitor?
Why are the stewards comments in the results not all being shown when you put the curser on them. The driver and trainer fines or why they were fined don't show up.
And a suggestion for the form guide is what are the horses current tactics ? Will it be driven forward or restrained. We find out when there is a change but it's very hard to find out what the current tactics are. Just because it went forward last start doesn't mean that it stuck to its tactics.

An annoying feature/non-feature of thetrots.com (Vic's default site now the old format has gone)
They are listing trial venues with the days racing venue and supposed links to their fields etc - the links don't work so I think we should stop listing the trial venues
